Noxious Weed Spraying Begins July 19
TCRMA has hired Young’s Tree & Forestry to spot spray noxious weeds along the community roadways beginning Monday, July 19. This service is estimated to take approx. 5-7 days depending on weather conditions.
Residents who choose to opt-out of this service must have their property lines clearly marked by next Monday and must be responsible for controlling the noxious weeds on their property. “NO SPRAY” indicators should be marked directly on the road surface; notices posted on trees can be easily missed.
Under state law, it is the resident’s responsibility to control the spread of noxious weeds on their property.
If you have questions, please call Holly at (406)580-7117.
Thank you

Volunteers Needed for Tree Clearing 6/13
The TCRMA board would like to thank all the volunteers for their excellent help clearing the verge of High Ridge Road last Saturday morning. It was a warm day, but a good deal of clearing was done without any grumbling! The tree service representative was out this morning to review their work plan with us and they were impressed by the amount of clearing that was accomplished.
We are going to do it again this Sunday June 13th from 9AM to Noon. The meeting point will be the intersection of Peak Rd. and High Ridge Rd. We hope to see you there. Any questions? Contact Ann Kieffaber at akieffaber@gmail.com.
Again thanks go out to:

Weight Restriction 25,000 # max weight.
The roads are very soft in much of our neighborhood. From now till June, depending on conditions, we are instituting a 25,000 pound per vehicle maximum weight limit. This means that heavy vehicles like gravel trucks, concrete trucks, concrete pump trucks and other heavy construction vehicles are prohibited until the roads dry out and firm up. We take this action to avoid damaging our roads. If you choose to bring heavy vehicles into the neighborhood during this restriction you may be billed for damages to the roads.
