We are planning to plow roads on Friday. We are making this decision based on two consideration. 1. The road surfaces are wet and soft under the snow. The weight of the grader is hard on the roads when they are this soft. 2. The forecast is for hard freezes over the next 2 nights. This should harden the road surface and allow for plowing by Friday morning with less damage to the road.

The grader is back in operation as of yesterday afternoon. Andy cleaned up the Colt, Winchester area yesterday. He will begin cleaning up the rest of the neighborhood this afternoon. Pete Moncada 843-696-3089

The grader problem has seen diagnosed and the grader is expected to be back in operation sometime in the next 24 hours. Thank you for your patience and thanks to those how have plowed the roads in support of their neighbors.

The grader is down with a Hydraulic problem. Andy is working the problem. In the meantime the grader is parked on the left side when going up the hill across from the Pistol Rd. Intersection. Andy is putting out reflective markers. The grader is blocking a part of Winchester but there is room to pass. Please use caution when traveling Winchester in both directions. Andy will start plowing this morning. This is a heavy dense snow and with 14-28 inches more forecast we are expecting to need to plow more then once during this weather event.

Andy will start plowing about 7:00 am. He will open up Woodchuck to the Frontage Rd first then plow the West end then the East end. It may take more the one day to plow all the roads. Pete Moncada 843-696-3089
