The grader is down with a Hydraulic problem. Andy is working the problem. In the meantime the grader is parked on the left side when going up the hill across from the Pistol Rd. Intersection. Andy is putting out reflective markers. The grader is blocking a part of Winchester but there is room to pass. Please use caution when traveling Winchester in both directions.
