Plowing began at 11 am. The west side will be plowed first this time. That includes lower Woodchuck , Colt, Winchester and the side roads off of them. It will likely be tomorrow before we can plow the East end including Upper Woodchuck , High Ridge and the side roads.

The grader is out this morning starting on the east end. Woodchuck , High Ridge , Peak etc. Next storm he will be starting on the West end.

In addition to the ongoing fiber optic work on Woodchuck there will work at the intersection of Frontage Rd and Woodchuck This morning. This work should be completed today and the road will remain open at all times. Please use caution in the area.

Brandy Blakeley, who has served as book keeper for the association since March 2018 is resigning from her position effective Nov 19, 2018. We thank Brandy for her service and wish her well.
With Brandy’s resignation we are looking for a person to take the book keeping position. This position requires a working knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles and supporting software. A computer and accounting software will be provided.
The individual in this position is responsible for:
• Maintaining the association membership mailing list.
• Tracking property transfers and updating appropriate records.
• Mailing annual dues notices, collecting and tracking member payments.
• Filing liens on properties when annual dues are not paid.
• Payment of all fees and invoices for services, materials, and labor related to the maintenance of association roads and operation of association equipment.
• Filing annual tax returns.
• Reconciling monthly bank statements.
• Retrieve TCRMA mail from the PO Box, a minimum of once per week.
• Providing Income/Expense reports to the Board.
This person must be a resident of the Bozeman/Livingston area, preferably living in the Timberline Creek community. Initially the individual selected for this position will not be a member of the TCRMA board, but may become a member if appointed by the board or elected by the association members.
Compensation to be determined.

Our grader operator and contractor will be grading the ditches and reshaping the roads throughout the neighborhood over the next weeks. This may result in some rocks and loose material on the road surface. Please use extra caution when traveling our roads and give the grader plenty of clearance.

**** Reminder **** The annual meeting is tonight, Wednesday October 17, 7PM, Ft Ellis Fire Station

Weed spraying should be completed today if it is not too windy. High Ridge, Peek area remain to be sprayed.

Due to forecast winds there will be no spraying today. Spaying will start again tomorrow. Winchester and the side roads off of Winchester are finished. Tomorrow Colt , the side roads off of Colt and as much of the rest of the East end will be sprayed.
