Please note that due to the warm weather the road board has imposed weight restrictions on our roads. The weight limit is 28,000 pounds. Please notify any contractors working for you to adhere to this limit. Significant damage can be done to our roads during  this time by trucks over this limit. Who knew we would have spring break up in the middle of the winter. We will keep you posted when we are able to lift these limits. The sign at the beginning of Woodchuck will let you know the weight restriction status as well. Thank you!

Thank you to the outgoing TCRMA Board Members, Paul Long, Phil Aumann, Jason Kline and Gage Brogan; your service and time to the Timberline Creek Community is very much appreciated! On January 6th, your new Road Board will meet and elect new Officer positions of President, Treasurer and Secretary. Hello Timberline Creek Residents! We’re thrilled to announce and warmly congratulate our new 2026 Board members: Andrew Holmes, Dan Kieffaber, Pete Moncada, Mike Principe, and Pam Sponholtz, who will join incumbent Claire Hillman and officially take office in January. We’re excited to have such committed individuals joining our leadership team, and we deeply appreciate everyone’s dedication to making Timberline Creek a wonderful place to live. Thank you to all who took the time to vote—your participation is vital to the success of our community. If you see these board members on the road or at the mailbox, please say HI and thank them for their service.

Weed spraying will commence on July 8th; this is expected to conclude in one day.

Landowners have a choice; either you must treat your weeds along your property/road boundaries, or the Association must treat them on July 8th.  Landowners may display signs or flags indicating “no spray” zones; however, if weeds are present along the road right-of-way on July 8th, the contractor will proceed to spray and treat all weeds within that legal corridor. 

Please be aware that the weed crew will be on ATVs and other equipment all day on July 8th, so please watch out carefully when driving our roads.

2024 TCRMA board election documents are available, including the ballot and statements submitted by each candidate, under the TCRMA->Election Documents menu at the top of each page on this website. There are two open board seats. Ballots may be returned by USPS or email as indicated on the ballot, or in person at the TCRMA annual meeting.

This is a friendly reminder that all 2025 TCRMA road maintenance fees were due on October 1, 2024 and are now past due. Thank you to everyone who paid on time.
