The TCRMA Board regrets the news of the recent accident on Woodchuck involving resident Gerry Groggel. Fortunately, there was not significant personal injury. In light of the combination of snowy winter conditions followed by thaw and refreezing, the Board reminds residents to please slow down and drive cautiously, especially on blind corners, and give yourself a few extra minutes to arrive at your destination. Also, if you have not already changed your vehicle over to snow tires, please make that a priority, for your own safety and for that of your fellow community members. The Board does its best to determine when road-sanding might help mitigate some of these conditions, but please remember that the Association does not have on-call sanders at all times on all days, so the Association cannot apply sand every single time the roads become icy. The most effective thing residents can do during icy conditions is to PLEASE SLOW DOWN and drive cautiously at all times.
